Your Warranty

We at Edward Christopher Watches Ltd care hugely about not only providing you with gorgeous watches, but also (we hope!) gorgeous after-sales service and support. To protect your investment, your Edward Christopher watch is covered by a 5 year limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase.

To register your 5 year warranty please fill in the details using your warranty card (that comes with your watch as part of the packaging). Your warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions

The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of the coatings)
  • Unauthorized repair or modification work
  • Straps, bracelets or accessories
  • Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance
  • Custom products such as special orders or personalised items
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Naturally, we want you to be delighted with your watch. And so if, when you receive yours, you decide it's not for you, then you have 30 days to return it to us from the day it's delivered or from when you picked it up in person.

However, to receive a replacement or a refund, your watch must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all the tags and in all of its original undamaged packaging, along with proof of purchase. If it's not, then we have the right not to issue you a replacement or a refund.

Refunds will be paid using your original payment method within approximately 7 working days from when we acknowledge receipt of your return.
