Your Warranty
We care very much about providing you not only with excellent watches, but also with excellent service before, during and after you purchase an Edward Christopher watch.
So, your watch is covered by a 5 year international warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
To register your warranty please fill in the form below. Your warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
But...
While your warranty covers manufacturing and defects in materials, it does not cover:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings)
- Unauthorised repair or modification work
- Straps, bracelets and accessories
- Water infiltration due to failure to secure (screw-down) crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water resistance or putting it in water at excessively hot and/or cold temperatures
