UK customers: VAT is included in the price. As a British-based brand shipping to the UK, there's no customs duty or import tax to worry about.
International customers: You'll see the base price (without UK VAT). And any applicable taxes for your location — including customs duty, import tax, and for the USA & Canada, state and regional sales tax — are calculated at checkout, once you enter your full address, and added to this base price.
Once the total is paid, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Your order goes straight through to you. So, no surprises on the doorstep.
And, for those based outside the UK, if you happen to know someone in the UK — a friend, a relative, a very trustworthy colleague — we're always happy to ship to a UK address on your behalf. Just a thought.
