Returns

To be eligible for a return there has to be a genuine manufacturing and/or parts fault. And we'll know if an issue's been caused by the user, instead! So, if it's the former, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the tags and in all its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

But, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. That said, you can always contact us for any questions about returns or other matters, too.
