Returns

Naturally, we want you to be delighted with your watch. And so if, when you receive yours, you decide it's not for you, then you have 30 days to return it to us from the day it's delivered or from when you picked it up in person. However, to receive a replacement or a refund, your purchase must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all the tags and in all of its original undamaged packaging, along with proof of purchase. If it's not, then we have the right not to issue you a replacement or a refund.

Refunds will be paid using your original payment method within approximately 7 working days from when we acknowledge receipt of your return.

  3. Your returned package is delivered to us for inspection
  4. We report the outcome of our inspection to you
  5. Your refund is issued or your replacement is arranged
