Delivering Your Order
If your watch is already assembled and calibrated, we'll dispatch it on the schedule below.
If it's being made to order — as most of ours are, entirely by hand — please allow up to two weeks from your order date, depending on current demand and parts.
Either way, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Preparing Your Order
This is how we prepare our watches for delivery to you...
Once a watch is carefully assembled by hand, it's thoroughly tested for at least 4 days to make sure everything works properly…and also looks amazing.
So, if your particular watch has already been assembled, tested, polished, packaged and is ready to be sent to you, then, once we receive your order, we package it ready for our couriers to pick up so they can deliver your new Edward Christopher® watch ro you as soon as possible.
Shipping Times
For UK Customers (as we're a British business):

- FREE shipping: Free delivery
- Estimated delivery (when the item is in stock): 2-3 days
- Tracked shipping: Royal Mail with full tracking
For International Customers:
- Transparent pricing: All taxes & duties are calculated and paid at checkout in your local currency — so no surprise charges on delivery!
