Affiliate Programme T&Cs — Brand Bidding & Paid Search
Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or otherwise use "Edward Christopher," "Edward Christopher®," any misspellings, or any confusingly similar variant as a keyword, ad group, or search term in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid search platform. This includes exact match, phrase match, and broad match campaigns, and combinations with terms such as "discount," "coupon," "voucher," or "sale."
Affiliates found bidding on our brand terms will have all pending and future commissions forfeited, and their account terminated immediately without further payment. We reserve the right to audit any affiliate's traffic sources, including but not limited to reviewing ad campaigns, landing pages, and referral paths, at any time and without notice.
Commissions attributed to a customer who can demonstrate they did not knowingly click an affiliate link — including existing customers contacted directly by Edward Christopher® — will not be paid, regardless of cookie attribution.
