Once a watch is carefully assembled by hand, it's thoroughly tested for at least 4-5 days to make sure everything works properly…and also looks amazing.

So, if your particular watch has already been assembled and tested, and is ready to be shipped; then, once we receive your order, we package it and send it to you. This means you should be able to receive your new Edward Christopher watch in about 2-5 days.

And, if you order a watch that hasn't yet been assembled, tested and packaged and isn't ready to go straight away, then it can take about 5-12 days to get to you.

So, your watch is covered by a 3 year international warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

While your warranty covers manufacturing and defects in materials, it does not cover:

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings)
• Unauthorised repair or modification work
• Bracelets or accessories
• Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water resistance
